Africa-Press – Angola. The Portuguese ambassador to South Africa, Manuel Carvalho, expressed, this Tuesday, a feeling of regret at the death of former Angolan President José Eduardo dos Santos.
In the message he wrote in the condolence book at the Angolan Embassy in Pretoria, Manuel de Carvalho shares his feelings of sadness and condolences and emphasizes that “Portugal and Angola are linked by unique ties of History, fraternity and a bond to the future that will continue to unite the two countries and peoples.
