Africa-Press – Angola. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Téte António, represents this Monday, in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, at the XXI Ordinary Session of the Conference of Heads of State and Government of the Economic Community of the States of Central Africa (ECCAS).

The event, to be chaired by the Head of State of the Democratic Republic of Congo and President-in-Office of ECCAS Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi, will take note of the Report on the work of the Council of Ministers and proceed with the analysis and adoption of the recommendations of the Council of Ministers and the Final Communiqué of this XXI Ordinary Session of the Conference of Heads of State and Government of ECCAS.

The Economic Community of Central African States is a sub-regional economic bloc made up of eleven countries, namely Angola, Burundi, Cameroon, Gabon, Chad, Equatorial Guinea, Central African Republic, São Tomé and Príncipe, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda.
