The politician, who was speaking to hundreds of APN militants, friends and sympathizers, in the Kitongola camp, stressed that “all those who fought and saw many of their compatriots leave for the beyond must receive 120 thousand kwanzas per month, so that they can have a good life.” If elected, the APN candidate for President of the Republic promises to work on the creation of a law that protects the rights of former combatants and veterans of the country, capable of guaranteeing a better life for all those who fought with much sweat and sacrifice, in the struggle for the conquest of National Independence.
“Former combatants need rights that protect their lives. They were the ones who fought for Angola to continue to be a united and indivisible land”, he highlighted. Regarding the Bengo region, Quintino Moreira promised to create policies for granting credits, through the commercial banks, without the need for beneficiaries to be members of a particular political party.
“Here, a lot of bananas are grown and, also, a lot of coffee. In the APN government there will be macro investments, so that all agricultural production is transformed into food and sustainable wealth for the Angolan people”, he said. In Bengo, the political act mass market, promoted by the APN, was preceded by a march with dozens of vehicles, including cars and motorcycles, in the Panguila and Cawango markets, in the municipality of Dande (provincial seat).
