Africa-Press – Angola. The writer Camilo Lemos Caçador will present the literary works “O Ventre da Sabedoria” and “I am myself, the Angolan”, at the Festival of Poetry and Letters (FESPOL), taking place between today and Saturday, from 10 am to 8 pm, at the Mediatheque 28 de Agosto, in Luanda.
The festival includes the Literature Fair, scheduled to open at 5 pm today, in which the president of the Association of Young Friends of Literature (AJAL) will provide sales and autograph sessions. The event takes place within the scope of the 16th anniversary of the Lev’Arte Movement.
The works were launched in June this year, at Shopping Avenida. “O Womb of Wisdom” is a work that results from the cooperation between its author and life. forced him to give birth to this work. “The Womb of Wisdom” is considered as such because it gives birth to a hundred new proverbs and a little more than a dozen parables that should integrate the collection of Angolan and African wisdom in general, thus enriching form, the sapiential tradition.
“I am myself, the Angolan” is the page of the wonderful Angola that insistently sought to show, see and believe. It is the side of the grave that no one sees, where the dead are found, who are temporarily remembered with flowers; that no one wants him to get up from the grave at that moment, not even to say thank you for the flowers.”I am myself, the Angolan’. From visited to visitor, from stolen to thief. It is not an army that presents itself as a revolutionary, it is just the cry of a man with the feeling far from the will to continue living, at the same time he wants to live and win”, says Camilo Lemos Caçador.
Camilo Lemos is a young man from the lands of Soba Kungo, that is, from Cela, province of Cuanza-Sul. His childhood and adolescence were marked by sad moments, ranging from the war to his insertion in the world of drugs and alcohol. His past allowed him, as he insists on believing, to accumulate experiences that make him a very serious person with life. He is a trainer of speakers, lecturer, master of ceremonies and ceremonial. He is a member of the National Scholarship of Trainers of Trainers. He is also a trainer of Press Relations and Public Relations. He is a communications advisor and journalist and has been a reporter for the newspapers: O País, Semanário Económico and Exame magazine, all of Grupo Media Nova. He is the founding president of the Association of Young Friends of Literature (AJAL).
