Africa-Press – Angola. The Head of State, João Lourenço, yesterday congratulated his counterpart Katalin Novák, the people and the Government of Hungary, on the day of the founding of the State, highlighting the progress that the country has achieved in all areas of national life.
In the message, President João Lourenço highlights the progress that has allowed the country to strengthen itself, more and more, in the concert of European and other nations. He adds that Hungary, whose context has been increasingly respectable, takes a stand on the major issues of contemporary international relations.
The Angolan Head of State also expressed Angola’s interest in continuing the important bilateral cooperation actions that the two countries have been undertaking, in order to expand and deepen them, for the benefit of the respective countries’ progress and consolidation of the sovereign conquests achieved by Angola and Hungary.
It should be remembered that cooperation relations between Angola and Hungary were established in 1977 through the signing of the Economic and Technical-Scientific Cooperation Agreement.
