In an atmosphere of euphoria, as a result of the acts promoted in Benguela, Namibe and Huíla, the MPLA is holding, today, in Luanda, the mass act, in Camama, a place that has already become a kind of “sanctuary” for comrades, judging by the two consecutive events, pass the expression, referring to the closing of the 2017 campaign and the opening of the 2022 actions, which President João Lourenço referred to as “the real entry into the field of the number (8) eight”.

João Lourenço stated, at the time, that there was no one capable of stopping the MPLA, and, as far as could be seen, the comrades achieved an impressive performance. The way the people’s candidate interacted, the promises made, which are nothing more than real announcements of projects to be implemented, managed to draw supporters from everywhere in the provinces where he passed. It was like this in Benguela, where he performed the last act, on Thursday, but also in Cuanza-Sul, Malanje or Lunda-Norte.

The people wanted to be with the MPLA, they wanted to express to the leader João Lourenço their confidence in the message of a prosperous Angola, which rises at every step, in the certainty of a safe tomorrow. Today, at Camama, will be no different. The comrades prepared the great celebration, a true journey, a manifestation of joy for the journey made. But the MPLA president always warned that a lot of work was needed, that victory did not fall from the sky.

The leader João Lourenço appealed for the vote on continuity to consolidate the ongoing projects, some will be started from scratch. He guaranteed to build dams, bridges, roads, hospitals, health centers, general hospitals, all within a properly possible framework.
