Africa-Press – Angola. The provincial governor of Lunda-Norte, Ernesto Muangala, considered Wednesday, in Dundo that “the big winner of this year’s General Elections, will undoubtedly be the Angolan people”.
Speaking to the press after voting in Assembly nº 5905 installed at the Pedagogical School of Lunda-Norte, Ernesto Muangala stressed that the elections are a true celebration of democracy where “there are no winners or losers”, he stressed.
For Lunda-Norte, 704 Assemblies were created, made up of 1,169 Polling Stations, 4,676 members.
