Africa-Press – Angola. The Angolan ambassador to South Africa, Filomena Delgado, early exercised her right to vote in the context of the General Elections that are being held today in the country.
Filomena Delgado appealed to registered citizens to participate in the vote and maintain the calm and serenity shown since the first hours for the success of the process and consequently the participation of all in the strengthening of peace and the consolidation of democracy.
South Africa was the country where the registration of Angolans in the diaspora was kicked off in January this year and 143 citizens were registered in Pretoria, 413 in Johannesburg and 858 in Cape Town.
