Company Managers

Of the group of trainees, around 275 are male and 75 are female, representing the 18 provinces. The SOIK project also made it possible to train 40 trainers with scholarships, which took place online.

The initiative, which started in 2021 until August of this year, allowed, in a first phase, to train a total of 310 trainees, of which 79 technicians and heads of department of INAPEM, as well as 231 bank employees.
The project’s objective is to train workers from commercial banks, magistrates and court clerks in the department specializing in commercial matters.
