Africa-Press – Angola. The MPLA Political Bureau (BP) secretariat analyzed, this Monday, in Luanda, the proposals for the framing of future deputies to the National Assembly, within the framework of the 2022/2027 legislature.
The meeting, led by the MPLA president, João Lourenço, also analyzed the work developed during the process, which culminated in the general elections of 24 August, won by the MPLA.
At the end of the meeting, Ângela Bragança, the MPLA BP secretary for cadres policy, informed the press that party members continue to work based on their agenda.
He also advanced that the party’s agenda, in addition to a rigorous internal organization, is focused on the National Assembly, at the presidency of the committees, and on the definition of action strategies.
According to Ângela Bragança quoted by Lusa, it was an “excellent and constructive meeting”, for those who demonstrate the great vitality of the ruling party in Angola.
