Fernando Bartolomeu Cativa, for the post of Secretary of the President of the Republic for Political and Parliamentary Affairs;
Victor Manuel Rita da Fonseca Lima, for the post of Secretary to the President of the Republic for Diplomatic Affairs and International Cooperation;
Isaac Francisco Maria dos Anjos, for the post of Secretary of the President of the Republic for the Productive Sector;
