Africa-Press – Angola. The Spanish ambassador to Angola, Manuel Lejarreta, highlighted, this Tuesday, in Luanda, the level of relations between the two countries, at the end of an audience with the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, which served to deliver “a letter very important” by Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez.
“I had to deliver to President João Lourenço a letter from the President of the Government of Spain, Pedro Sánchez, a very important letter that I had to deliver and that’s why I asked for this audience, this is the main reason for our meeting”, said the Spanish diplomat in statements to the press.
Manuel Maria Lejarreta said that the meeting also served to address “some interesting issues of the bilateral relationship, as well as those having to do with regional issues”.
