Africa-Press – Angola. Trade between Angola and China, from January to August, is valued at US$20 billion, an increase of over 30 percent compared to the same period last year.
The data were released this Saturday in Luanda by the Chinese ambassador to Angola, Ghong Thao.
According to the Chinese diplomat, in 2021, the volume of exchanges stood at 30 billion dollars and when compared to 2020, it represents an increase of 40 percent.
China, said Ghong Thao, remains Angola’s biggest trading partner and will do everything to reinforce the role and presence of his country’s companies in Angolan territory.
