Africa-Press – Angola. The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, decreed yesterday, under the terms of the Law, after hearing the National Security Council, the promotion of commissioners and superior officers of the Criminal Investigation Service (SIC).
According to the Decrees released yesterday, the Commissioner officers and superiors of the Criminal Investigation Service designated below are promoted: to the police post of Criminal Investigation Commissioner Lourenço Ngola Kina of Criminal Investigation.
They were also promoted to the rank of sub-commissioner of Criminal Investigation, designated below:
Chief Superintendent of Criminal Investigation Gonçalves António Bande;
Chief Superintendent of Criminal Investigation Pedro António João;
Chief Superintendent of Criminal Investigation Caetano Manuel Mufuma;
Chief Superintendent of Criminal Investigation Paulo Ambrósio António Pereira;
Chief Superintendent of Criminal Investigation Francisco António;
Chief Superintendent of Criminal Investigation Nelson Henriques Monteiro.
Exemptions
Just yesterday, the President of the Republic decreed, under the terms of the law and after hearing the National Security Council, the dismissals of the Commissioner officers of the Criminal Investigation Service designated below:
1. Criminal Investigation Commissioner José António Bernardo, director of Combating Crimes Against Persons of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Ministry of the Interior;
2. Deputy Commissioner for Criminal Investigation Lourenço Ngola Kina, in the position of provincial director of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Provincial Delegation of the Ministry of Interior of Uíge; 3. Deputy Commissioner for Criminal Investigation Nelson Fernandes da Costa, in the position of provincial director of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Provincial Delegation of the Ministry of Interior of Lunda-Norte;
4. Deputy Commissioner for Criminal Investigation Domingos Sebastião Luís, in the position of provincial director of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Provincial Delegation of the Ministry of the Interior of Bié;
5. Deputy Commissioner for Criminal Investigation Isaac de Assunção António, in the position of Director for Combating Financial and Tax Fraud Crimes of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Ministry of the Interior.
6. Criminal Investigation Commissioner António Pedro Amaro Neto, in the position of director of Accident Investigation of the Criminal Investigation Service;
7. Criminal Investigation Commissioner António Job de Almeida, as principal adviser to the Director General of the Criminal Investigation Service;
8. Criminal Investigation Commissioner Humberto José Belo Lopes Frade, in the position of Central Director of Operations of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Ministry of the Interior;
9. Deputy Commissioner for Criminal Investigation Arcílio Frederico Cassoma, as advisor to the Director General of the Criminal Investigation Service;
10. Deputy Commissioner for Criminal Investigation Manuel Frederico Constantino, from the position of provincial director of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Provincial Delegation of the Ministry of the Interior of Benguela, to which he had been appointed by Presidential Decree no. July;
11. Deputy Commissioner for Criminal Investigation Oliveira da Silva António de Almeida, as advisor to the Director General of the Criminal Investigation Service, to which he had been appointed by Presidential Decree No. 202/20, of 30 July;
12. Deputy Commissioner for Criminal Investigation José Vunge, provincial director of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Delegation of the Ministry of the Interior of Cuanza-Norte, to which he had been appointed by Presidential Decree No. 204/20, of 30 July.

Under the terms of the Law and after hearing the National Security Council, the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, appointed, yesterday, in a decree, the following officers of the Criminal Investigation Service (SIC):
a) Criminal Investigation Commissioner António Pedro Amaro Neto, for the position of director of inspection of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Ministry of the Interior;
b) Criminal Investigation Commissioner António Job de Almeida, for the position of Director of Combating Financial and Tax Fraud Crimes of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Ministry of the Interior;
c) Criminal Investigation Commissioner Humberto José Belo Lopes Frade, for the position of Director of Combating Organized Crime of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Ministry of the Interior;
d) Criminal Investigation Commissioner José António Bernardo, for the position of principal adviser to the Director General of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Ministry of Interior;
e) Deputy Commissioner for Criminal Investigation Arcílio Frederico Cassoma, for the position of director of the Office of the Director General of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Ministry of the Interior;
f) Deputy Commissioner for Criminal Investigation Manuel Frederico Constantino, for the position of Director of Combating Crimes Against Persons of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Ministry of the Interior;
g) Criminal Investigation Sub-Commissioner Lourenço Ngola Kina, for the position of Central Director of Operations of the Criminal Investigation Service of the Ministry of the Interior;
