Africa-Press – Angola. The advisory judge of the Constitutional Court, Laurinda Cardoso, guided, Monday, the meeting of the Executive bureau of the Conference of African Constitutional Jurisdictions (CJCA), which is taking place in Morocco, as president of the organization.

Comprised of representatives from various African constitutional jurisdictions, the Executive Bureau of the CJCA meets once a year and is responsible for drafting the rules of procedure, approving the organization’s provisional budget, analyzing proposed amendments to the statutes and drawing up the final account of each financial year, among other tasks.

At the meeting held at the premises of the Constitutional Court of Morocco, several documents were analyzed that will be submitted to the congress, which by statute is the highest body of the CJCA.
