Africa-Press – Angola. A lot of 14,855 desks were handed over to the Municipal Education Board in recent days, to fill the deficit of 60 schools in the six urban districts of Cazenga, revealed yesterday the person in charge of the Planning and Statistics Area of the said institution.
Francisco Secuma said that, at the moment, 1,400 desks have already been distributed in schools 3006, 3048, 3049 and Instituto Comandante Hoji-ya-Henda.
The head of Planning and Statistics at the Cazenga Municipal Directorate of Education revealed that the delivery of desks follows a plan for the delivery of companies selected by the Ministry of Education for this purpose.
With a desk repair workshop, in the current academic year, the municipality of Cazenga enrolled 281,992 students in 457 schools, of which 118 are public and 339 are private.
