Africa-Press – Angola. The Secretary General of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), Haitham Al-Ghais, praised, this Tuesday, the reforms implemented in the Angolan oil sector by President João Lourenço in the last five years.
Haitham Al-Ghais, who was speaking after the meeting with the Head of State, João Lourenço, also thanked Angola for the tireless effort it has made in defining strategies and approving decisions that have led to the stabilization of the international oil market .
