Africa-Press – Angola. The President of the Republic of Seychelles, Wavel Ramkalawan, arrived in Luanda thursday, to attend the 10th Summit of Heads of State and Government of Africa, Caribbean and Pacific (OEACP), which starts on Friday.
Wavel Ramkalawan was received at the 4 de Fevereiro International Airport by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Téte António.
