Africa-Press – Angola. Forty-five thousand citizens registered with the National Institute of Employment and Professional Training (INEFOP) are currently awaiting the possibility of acquiring a job in the country.

The information was provided Wednesday to the press, in Caxito, Bengo province, by the director general of the institution, Manuel Mbangui, who, without disclosing the number of offers and placements available, said that 894 had applied for a job at Bengo.

He underlined that the launch of the revitalization and modernization program of employment services and centers in the country will allow citizens looking for a job to have a channel that facilitates intermediation between companies and candidates.

In this way, he said, candidates will be able to look for a job through the PAPE portal and companies will be able to find offers and carry out professional internships through the portal that the ministry has made available to citizens.

This portal will also make it possible to obtain information on the candidate’s qualification level and the need to update their knowledge so that they can interface with companies.

The person in charge also pointed out the study of the market as one of the major variables that the center has, as it will allow identifying the needs of the labor market.
