ANGOTIC 2023 plans to bring together 150 exhibitors

Africa-Press – Angola. The 3rd edition of ANGOTIC 2023 – International Forum on Information and Communication Technologies in Angola, to be held from 12 to 14 June in Luanda, is expected to bring together more than 150 exhibitors from the sector in the country, announced yesterday, Cláudio Rafael, organization member.

The event, which is held and promoted by the Government of Angola, through the Ministry of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication, aims to promote debate around current, global and future ICT issues, promote the sharing of knowledge, facilitate networking for government entities, exhibitors, specialists, presenting innovations as well as trends in the sector.

Cláudio Rafael made it known that access to visits should cost a minimum amount of two thousand kwanzas for students.

He added that companies will be able to present their potential, innovations and key ongoing projects to more than eight thousand visitors, during the three days of the event.

“The event represents visibility, interaction between the regulator, investors and an opportunity to present the potential of national companies”, he emphasized.

The opening ceremony of the event was chaired by the Minister of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication (MINTTIC), Mário Oliveira, with personalities from the public and private sectors.

During the ceremony, an innovative technological project was presented, aimed at diagnosing malaria, by students from the Institute of Telecommunications (ITEL), as well as the exhibition of an advertising video for ANGOTIC 2023.

ANGOTIC 2023, International Forum on Information and Communication Technologies of Angola, is a global event on information and communication technologies, held and promoted by the Government of Angola, through the Ministry of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication.
