The exhibition aims to honor art makers and promoters, as well as those responsible for the three decades of existence of the aforementioned award.

On the occasion, the Secretary of State for Culture, Maria de Jesus, congratulated ENSA and said that the arts contest has helped artists in promoting and encouraging national culture.

He encouraged the company to continue holding the competition and called on other institutions to choose the same path in order to contribute to the elevation of culture and its creators, in particular.

He recalled that the Ministry has several projects linked to this fringe of society, such as the improvement of cultural infrastructures.

For the company’s leader, Helena Chicuba, the exhibition is a moment of sharing with potential visitors who are not familiar with these arts under normal circumstances due to their long period of existence.
