Africa-Press – Angola. The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, arrived in the city of Menongue, Cuando Cubango province, to attend military tactical maneuvers by the Angolan Armed Forces (FAA).
The exercise, which is part of the FAA’s annual activities, aims at training the staff and will involve military technical means from the three branches, namely the Army, Air Force and Navy.
On Wednesday, the last day of the 48-hour visit to Cuando Cubango, the President of the Republic and Commander-in-Chief of the FAA will lead a methodological meeting of the FAA.
The FAA is made up of three branches, namely the Army, Air Force and Navy.
Its structure dates back to October 9, 1991, when they were founded.
