Trade reorganization plan will improve sales in the markets

Africa-Press – Angola. The trade reorganization plan, in the province of Luanda, will increase the flow of customers at market level and improve sales in authorized commercial establishments, said the sellers this Wednesday, in Luanda.

Regarding this Government initiative that aims to combat sales in inappropriate places, the sellers indicated that the disorderly sale “prevents” buyers from entering the markets.

Seller Carlos Fernando pointed out that sales in inappropriate places make it difficult for merchants to do business inside the markets.

“For us to sell well, people who sell in inappropriate places must enter the markets,” he said.

Joana José Domingos is another saleswoman who appeals to saleswomen to leave the streets and accept the Government’s initiative, highlighting the fact that disorderly trade puts the lives of those who adhere to this practice at risk.

“They can leave the streets and enter the markets, they will also sell”, he pointed out.

The saleswoman says she is happy with this measure by the Government, since the fight against disorderly sales will improve trade within the markets.

In turn, Deodeth Pedro appealed to the saleswomen to understand and embrace the trade reorganization plan.

“They should leave the streets free and stay inside the markets. If all the people who practice disorderly selling are distributed in the markets, sales will improve, ”she asserted.

Selling in inappropriate places affects car traffic and puts the lives of these saleswomen at risk, with several reports of traders losing their lives on the roads of Luanda.

In terms of the province of Luanda, the places with the greatest flow of disorderly sales are the avenues Cónego Manuel das Neves and Deolinda Rodrigues, as well as the towns of Viana and Cacuaco and the area of Gajajeira (Bairro São Paulo).

The Commerce Reorganization Plan aims to reposition commercial establishments, eliminate the constraints arising from sales in inappropriate locations, put an end to the proliferation of illegal retreading, reorganize taxi and bus stops.
