Africa-Press – Angola. Two hundred and 30 million Kwanzas made up the turnover of the 5th edition of the National Production Fair (Expo-Cuanza Norte).
The event, which was attended by over 250 exhibitors from the provinces of Cabinda, Malanje, Luanda, Cuanza Sul, Uige and Cuanza Norte, served to demonstrate the agro-industrial potential and other creativity of these regions of the country.
At the end of the exhibition, a gala was held to choose and reward the best entries in the event.
The municipality of Bolongongo won the prize for best participation, with the presentation of varieties of agricultural production, the cooperative of cattle breeders from the Camabatela plateau, Coplaca, won the prize for best cooperative in the North region, as well as the distinction for best bank representation or solution of projects fell to Banco Fomento Angolano (BFA).
The fair, which took place under the motto “Cuanza Norte, on the path of economic and social development”, also elected the company Lucalaagro as the firm with the best agro-industrial project, the Quagel graphic was also recognized for its commitment and dedication in the making of various labels .
The company GSJ was also distinguished, as the best representation of commerce, industry and service provision.
The best companies engaged in textile processing, handicrafts, making African clothes, among other categories, were also recognized.
The municipality of Quiculungo won the award for best decoration.
At the event, held at the former Ndalatando airfield, various products were on display, from the agro-industrial sectors, cosmetics, catering, clothing, footwear, among others.
