The information was provided by the outgoing IGAE delegate in Benguela, Letícia Duro.
According to the person in charge, who remained in the position for about a year, the institution has a call center that receives an average of 20 complaints per day.

“They are, above all, acts of public impropriety, bad service to the public and corruption”, he noted.
The outgoing delegate referred that the IGAE receives the dossiers and the respective analyses. In cases for which the IGAE is responsible, the processes are opened and in some cases, due to lack of elements, they are archived, and the others sent to the PGR.
