Africa-Press – Angola. Academy of former Brazilian player Ronaldinho Gaúcho and Grémio Futebol Clube from the municipality of Caála, Huambo province, may open, next July, a training school, with the aim of teaching techniques and providing physical conditioning to children and adolescents .
Upon confirming the fact, this Thursday, the president of Grémio Futebol Clube, Daniel Kahemba Kata, said that negotiations were taking place with the academy of the former Brazilian player and world champion Ronaldinho Gaúcho, for the signing of an agreement for the creation of the school in the municipality of Caála.
Daniel Kata said that the initiative aims to contribute to the growth of Angolan football, with the emergence of new values that can increasingly project the image of the country across borders
. Caála, with 104 athletes of both sexes, aged between five and 17 years.
At this time, Grémio FC is progressing in the Under-17 Provincial Football Championship, occupying second place, with 33 points.
In addition to football, it has basketball, futsal, handball and athletics.
