Africa-Press – Angola. Sixty-six children and teenagers from the municipality of Uíge have benefited, since May this year, from the child and youth citizen card, as part of the massive campaign to award this document.
The information was provided this Wednesday, by the municipal director of Registration and Administrative Modernization in Uíge, Sebastião Aufico, who highlighted the massive participation of minors in the three BUAP, installed in the main municipality.
He explained that the campaign does not have a closing date and aims to grant the citizen’s card, a document that may replace the Residence Certificate.
He recalled that, in order to obtain the document, an Identity Card (BI) must be presented, as well as a witness of the child and adolescent, namely, father, mother or relative who lives in the same locality.
The points for issuing the document are located in the Uíge Municipal Administration building, in the Candombe Velho neighborhood and in the centrality of Quilumosso.
