Africa-Press – Angola. The 20 finalist companies of the Emerging Programme, an initiative of the Capital Market Commission (CMC), will benefit, from “Inapem”, of the seal “Service Made in Angola” (SFA), which aims to encourage and promote consumption of national production.
The information was announced, this Tuesday, by the executive director of the National Institute for the Support of Small and Medium-sized Companies (Inapem), Osvaldo Rasgado, during the selection ceremony of the 10 best firms that passed to the mentoring phase, in charge of CMC.
According to the person in charge, although the process has costs, for this first year “it will be free of charge”.
He added that to the finalists, Inapem will also support with training in strengthening skills for greater administrative capacity, in order for the projects presented to be successful.
“Recently, Inapem signed a protocol with the Development Bank of Angola (BDA) to give a privileged space to companies adhering to the Service Made in Angola, and these finalist companies will also be able to benefit from this memorandum”, he said.
In turn, the acting chairman of the Board of Directors of CMC, Edna Mascarenhas, highlighted that the Emerging Program had many applications, but in the evaluation and pre-selection process, 20 companies were selected and ten of these were selected.
Edna Mascarenhas said that the ten selected companies will go on to a second stage of training and mentoring, accompanied by CMC partners, and will then be presented to investors.
The manager advanced that, with this initiative, the Capital Market will be a great ally in a path of professionalization, productivity, growth and internationalization of Angolan companies.
Food Care LTD, RMA Mineral Resources, Vinaton Provision of Services, Nowobus Provision of Services, SPPPA Kapapa LTD, Vafish LTD, SIS Angola Seguros, Fintel – Sociedade de Participações e Investimento, HDF Comércio e Prestação de Serviços LTD are the 10 finalist companies.
The Emergents Program is an initiative of CMC in partnership with Academia do Empreendedor de Luanda, Acelera Angola, Deloitte Angola, EY Angola and Founder Institute Luanda.
