Africa-Press – Angola. The Secretariat of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the MPLA, meeting, Thursday (3), in Luanda, under the guidance of the secretary general, Paulo Pombolo, analyzed the internal life and the current political, economic and social situation of the country.
The members of the Secretariat of the Political Bureau also appreciated documents from the party’s Parliamentary Group, with emphasis on the Draft Labor Procedure Code, the Angolan Administrative Procedure Code and the Administrative Litigation Code.
During the meeting, the circular on the composition of the monitoring groups of the Secretariat of the Political Bureau to the provinces was also appreciated, as well as the plans for carrying out the concluding phase of the I Seminar on Ethics and the Challenges of Preventing and Combating Corruption, in the Angolan context and the National Methodological Seminar for the Training of Discipline, Ethics and Audit Committees.
It also focused on the activities included in the March/Woman Day, having valued the perspective that enhances female leadership and encourages responsible citizenship, namely, the full participation of women in public, political and economic life, standing equality with men.
Finally, the members highlighted the important role of the Organization of Angolan Women (OMA), increasingly asserting itself as a fundamental part of the harmonious development of Angola, fighting all manifestations of discrimination and fighting for a fairer, more democratic society. , developed and peaceful.
