Africa-Press – Angola. The prices of beans, horse mackerel and rice registered, in the second week of March, a reduction of 4.91; 4.86 and 2.36 percent, respectively.
According to a survey, the products that contributed to this price reduction were horse mackerel with 2.89 percent, rice with 2.34 percent, chicken thighs with 1.58 percent. The price variation of basic basket products from the first to the second week of March registered a reduction of 0.01 percent. The commercial establishments that registered a price reduction were Casa dos Frescos, Angomart and Africana Discount of 6.01; 3.40 and 0.94 percent, respectively. In informal markets, the price reduction occurred in Correios, Kantinton and Kikolo, being 3.36; 1.19 and 1.18 percent, respectively. Compared to the previous month, there was a price reduction of 0.05 percent against a slight increase of 0.06 percent in February.
