Africa-Press – Angola. With ten signings, including eight Angolans, one Cameroonian and another Brazilian, FC Bravos do Maquis aims to return to the podium of the National Football Championship, after sixth place in the previous season.
The last and only time that Moxico’s team reached the podium was a decade ago (2013), when they ranked third.
Formed in a peculiar way, based on former fighters, from Maquis, the internal market was, however, the club’s biggest square, with 31 of the 33 athletes that make up the squad.
The signings of the Cameroonian striker, Mbogbe Malep Mathias Sevin, 27 years old (ex-Dynamo Clube de Douala) and the Brazilian midfielder, Igor Henriques Oliveira Villela, 27 (ex-Operário FC do Brasil) were exceptions at an external level.
Completing the range of signings: Malep (Forward), Valdez (Central), Francis (Offensive Midfielder), Nandinho (Right Midfielder), Vado (Offensive Midfielder), Nataniel (Offensive Midfielder), Samy (Central) and Manico (Midfielder)
Rise of the formation ranks: Bebo (striker) and Manhemba (offensive midfielder)
