Africa-Press – Angola. Thirty-four lawyers received, this Friday, in the city of Uíge, their professional cells, a document that entitles them to practice their profession.
With the granting of certificates to these new professionals, the province of Uíge now has a total of 154 lawyers, including professionals and interns.
In an event led by the provincial delegate of the Angolan Bar Association (OAA) in Uíge, Lando Marcelo, nine certificates were awarded to professional lawyers and 25 to interns.
On the occasion, Lando Marcelo asked the new professionals to work with greater responsibility in defending the interests of citizens.
The event was attended by professionals from defense and security bodies, magistrates from the Public and Judicial Ministry, members of the Provincial government, lawyers, law students and other guests.
