Africa-Press – Angola. The Chief of the General Staff of the Angolan Armed Forces (CEMGFAA), aviation general Altino dos Santos, works in the province of Cabinda to, for three days, learn about the readiness of the forces in the different units assigned to the Infantry and of Motorbikes in the Military Region.
Upon his arrival, this Tuesday, General Altino dos Santos received welcome greetings from military authorities and was informed about the current operational situation in Cabinda.
He travels to the interior municipalities, namely Belize and Buco-Zau, where he will check the state of readiness and accommodation of the forces assigned to the 11th Infantry Brigade, as well as find out about the operational situation in that area, from the north of the province.
During his stay in Cabinda, he will also travel to the commune of Dinge, municipality of Cacongo, and to the south of the main municipality of Cabinda, where he will also visit the units of the 12th Infantry Brigade and the 10th Motorized Infantry Brigade in Ntó .
Currently, the province of Cabinda enjoys political-military stability that allows the free movement of people and resources throughout the province.
