Africa-Press – Angola. A delegation from Angola participated, on Monday and Tuesday, at Itamaraty, in Brasília (Brazil), in the 1st G20 summit meeting, at the invitation of the Brazilian presidency of the organization as an observer country.
During the activity, the Secretary of State for International Cooperation and Communities, Domingos Vieira Lopes, followed the agenda, based on providing delegates and participants with information on the administrative and logistical provisions of the G20, a summary of working methods, social inclusion and the fight against hunger.
At the same meeting, the pillars of Brazilian management at the head of the G20 were also presented, namely the fight against hunger and poverty, sustainable development (economic, social, environmental) and the reform of global governance.
In addition, the first meeting of those responsible for Finance and Central Banks is also expected to take place between tomorrow and Friday. The G20 is an Informal Forum that promotes open and constructive debate between industrialized and emerging countries on key issues related to economic and global stability.
The G20 includes South Africa, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, South Korea, the United States, France, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Russia, Turkey and the Union. European.
