Africa-Press – Angola. The President of the National Assembly, Carolina Cerqueira, expressed, this Friday, dismay at the death of the deputy from the Seychelles Islands, Rosie Bisquet.
In a note of condolence sent to her counterpart from the Seychelles Islands, Roger Macienne, Carolina Cerqueira praises the role of the unsuccessful deputy, who during her mandate was able to honor her commitment to local peace in the region and internationally, defend regional integration and promote values of friendship and solidarity and strengthening cooperation between the region’s parliaments.
The President of the House of Laws hopes, in her message, that the president of the SADC Parliamentary Forum overcomes, with faith and resilience, the loss of such an outstanding defender of the interests of the country’s populations and all African peoples in general.
