Africa-Press – Angola. The Government of the province of Moxico, Ernesto Muangala, recommended, this Tuesday, in Luena, the National Police to redouble efforts to restore the feeling of public security among citizens.

The governor made the recommendation during the presentation of the new second provincial commander of the National Police of Moxico, deputy commissioner Gabriel Tito João, held at the headquarters of the local government.

Muangala said he expects a spirit of dedication and commitment from the new second commander, taking into account the geographic and cultural specificities of Moxico.

The new second commander has committed to dedicating himself to the work with determination and courage, with a view to ensuring public safety in the region.

The new second provincial commander of the PN in Moxico, who replaced deputy commissioner Domingos Fernandes, is from the municipality of Luau, and has already served as second commander of the municipalities of Luanda, Sambizanga, Viana and Rangel.
