Africa-Press – Angola. The National Assembly approved, this Thursday, the Insurance Mediation Law Proposal, a legislative initiative by the Executive, with 170 votes in favor, none against and no abstentions.
The diploma aims to modernize the national insurance mediation system, conforming it to international principles and good practices duly harmonized with the current economic and social reality.,
The Proposed Law, structured into seven chapters, made up of 16 sections and three subsections, also aims to reinforce consumer protection mechanisms in this area.
The ordinary plenary meeting is also taking place, the agenda of which also includes voting on the proposals for a Law to Combat Smuggling of Petroleum Products and National Security.
