Africa-Press – Angola. Angolan musician José Mateus Kanyama has ten songs, in the kizomba and zouk styles, for recording and subsequent dissemination in the Angolan music market.
Speaking this Monday, in Luanda, the artist highlighted that his first song is titled “Ondjala na pandemic”, made in 2021 with the aim of moralizing Angolans, due to Covid-19.
He said that the aforementioned song served as motivation for the production and release of the album, an intention conditioned, until now, by the financial component and the lack of a sponsor.
The musician, who began his career in 2012, masters other musical styles, but opted for kizomba and zouk to establish himself in the Angolan music market.
José Kanyama was born on August 16, 1989, in the province of Huambo. He currently resides in the municipality of Cacuaco, in Luanda.
