With four floors and one underground, the project under construction in an area of 27 thousand square meters, with a budget valued at 123 million, 703 thousand and 13 euros, will have, after completion, at the end of 2025, infirmaries, three delivery rooms, emergency services, physiotherapy, imaging, endoscopy and administrative departments.

The future stadium will have a category IV field, in accordance with the recommendations of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA), for the practice of professional football at various levels.

It will also have conditions for practicing athletics corresponding to category III of the International Athletics Federation (IAAF), in the 100 meter, 110 meter hurdles, 200 meter, 4000 meter and 4100 meter relay events, pole vault, jumping high jump, long and triple high jump, javelin, shot put and hammer throwing.
The Huambo Electoral Circle has three deputies from the MPLA and two from UNITA, elected in the general elections on August 24, 2022.
