Africa-Press – Angola. The auto-biographical and motivational work for young entrepreneurs entitled “Things of Life”, by Freddy Carlos, was presented on Sunday, in the city of Lubango, Huíla province.
The book, the author’s first, has 107 pages and was published by the Brazilian company Alupolo, which produced more than a thousand copies for Lubango and the provinces of Huambo and Bié.
The work was released in Brazil, in November 2023, as the author is part of the cast of the cultural exchange between Angola/Brazil, as well as the tendency of many followers to have requested its release in that country.
The information was provided by the author who said he wrote the work over a period of two years, challenged by a client of his sales and service company.
He highlighted that the book is aimed at students, young entrepreneurs and all those who have suffered childhood trauma, a work that seeks to address the beliefs of those who do not believe in their potential, who blame their family or the country for their failure.
“The work renews the beliefs of individuals who want to enter the world of entrepreneurship. By coming into contact with the book, the reader will learn a little about my story and have several motivational tools. They will learn that difficulties make us strong, they serve as a learning experience,” he said.
He mentioned that behind the “successful young man” he is today, there is a person who was born in a rural village in the province of Huambo, having migrated through many provinces of the country, including Huíla, as well as abroad and nothing was easy.
He highlighted that the book will soon be available on Amazon and he also intends, this year, to take the work to Mozambique, as part of its dissemination in Portuguese-speaking countries.
The presentation of the book was accompanied by a lecture on entrepreneurship in the Angolan version, an issue highlighted in the work.
Aged 46, Freddy Carlos (Frederico Carlos Eduardo) has a degree in psychology and has professional training in the areas of nutrition, weight loss strategies, digital marketing, IT, carpentry, motivational coaching , shoemaking, among others.
