Africa-Press – Angola. The strengthening of the bilateral relationship with Egypt, the challenges of South-South cooperation and the imperative need for permanent dialogue between African countries that are members of the African Union (AU) were analyzed, Friday, in Abidjan, by ambassador Domingos Pacheco and his counterpart Sherif Seif.
The meeting, held at the premises of the Angolan Embassy, according to a note , also served for diplomats to address issues relating to bilateral cooperation and evaluate the political and diplomatic relationship between both countries and Côte d’Ivoire, while Welcoming state, “whose relationships need greater dynamics”.
The establishment of peace for the harmonious development of the cradle continent was another aspect that deserved the analysis of the two diplomats.
Ambassador Sherif Seif is a career diplomat and was accredited with the Côte d’Ivoire authorities three months ago, while Domingos Pacheco has been Angola’s ambassador to that West African country since May 2023.
Angola and Egypt share a historic cooperative relationship, based on several agreements signed in different sectors.
