He said that the extinct Aldeia Museu played an important role in the continued appreciation and increase of the collection of the Dundo Regional Museum and was an area to give space to all craft creators, as in addition to the production of new works, it had The aim is to ensure the maintenance of all pieces of identity of the Lunda-Cokwe culture.

He explained that it was a kind of “sanctuary” for the makers of masterpieces and guardians of the local museum collection, “endowed with an enviable skill”, hence the need to build a new village to play the same role.
