Young man launches book about Hoji-ya-Henda

Africa-Press – Angola. Contributing to the patriotic, motivational and historical education of Angolan youth is the focus of a book, authored by Job António Ventura Bastos, which will be launched on April 26th, at the Kilamba Building, in Luanda.

Meet the young commander Hoji-ya-Henda is the title of the book, which illustrates the qualities and experiences of the young leader and commander, immortalized by his heroic deeds.

According to its author, the work “is embodied in a simple literary and/or cultural gesture, in an attempt to contribute to the patriotic, motivational and historical education of Angolan youth, having as a model the young commander in his deepest sense of being and being in your Nation”.

Among his diverse skills, Job António Ventura Bastos, born in Luanda, attended higher education at the Faculty of Law of the Agostinho Neto University, in Luanda, having been elected, as a student, secretary for Recreation, Culture and Sports of the Student Association from the UAN Faculty of Law.

Likewise, he is an actor, director and writer, having participated in several plays and winning several awards within the respective theater groups and at theater festivals.

With 500 copies and 82 pages, the author’s second book was produced by the publisher Where Angola. In 2014, he published his first literary work, entitled “Os Smells and the Homeland”.
