Africa-Press – Angola. The Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Esmeralda Mendonça, discussed on Monday, with the ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain in Angola, Manuel Lejarreta, the strengthening of the establishment of the strategic partnership between the two countries.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the diplomats discussed other issues of a bilateral, regional and multilateral nature, with a focus on boosting political consultations between the two countries.
It should be noted that Industry, Finance, Services, Technology, Tourism and Agriculture are the main economic sectors in Spain.
The good economic relations between Angola and Spain are highlighted by the fact that in 2020 Spain exported 87 million euros to Angola and imported approximately 548 million euros.
The Kingdom of Spain is located in Southwestern Europe and is the largest country in Southern Europe and the fourth most populous member state of the European Union (EU), with its main economic growth drivers being Industry, Finance, Services, Technologies, as well as Tourism and Agriculture.
The Spanish economy also includes the export of vehicles, footwear, shipbuilding, steel, chemical and textile industries.
Currently, the country has a Gross Domestic Product (GDP) that exceeds 1.4 trillion dollars, a symbol of an economy that has been growing stronger and stronger.
