Africa-Press – Angola. Multicaixa Card users can now withdraw up to 120 thousand kwanzas per day, from an ATM (CA), contrary to the previous Kz 100 thousand, a measure that has been in force since the 26th of this month (September), according to the Interbank Services Company (EMIS).
In a note, sent this Friday , EMIS states that the change in daily ATM withdrawal limits from 100 thousand to 120 thousand kwanzas was approved by the National Bank of Angola (BNA).
On the other hand, the Interbank Company recalls that the other withdrawal limits on the Multicaixa Network will remain unchanged, that is, the withdrawal limit per operation continues to be 60 thousand kwanzas, while the cumulative daily withdrawal limit between the CA and the Payment Terminal Automatic Payment (TPA) is Kz 150 thousand.
Every day, the Multicaixa Network processes more than 9.5 million financial transactions, with more than 3,800 ATMs, around 190 thousand ATMs and more than 1.5 million Multicaixa Express users.
EMIS is a public limited company owned by commercial banks, in the national market, with the main mission of developing and operating the Angolan Payment System (SPA).
