Deputies from the MPLA parliamentary group consider satisfactory the degree of physical and financial execution of structuring projects of great impact under construction, in the province of Cunene, within the scope of PIIM, namely in the municipality of Cuanhama, with emphasis on schools, health posts and centers and residential for nursing technicians and teachers.
The coordinator of the MPLA parliamentary group monitoring Cunene province, Madalena Ndafaoluma, said that the units are of good quality, offering comfortable accommodation conditions for technicians and other users. In Ondjiva, two health posts are practically available, one in the neighborhood of Kashila III, and another in the commune of Môngua, while the equipping phase is under way. In the municipality of Cuanhama, 12 PIIM projects are registered, estimated at around two billion kwanzas, which, in the construction phase, have already given rise to the creation of 400 jobs.
The observation visit, as part of the MPLA Parliamentary Group Days, “allowed us to obtain useful information, not only on the level of execution and financial application of the PIIM projects, underway in several municipalities in the province of Cunene, but also on the constraints “.
Madalena Ndafaoluma underlined that they will be able to provide specific support to State Administration bodies, doing the proper advocacy.
