Africa-Press – Angola. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Téte António, travelled to Turkey early this Thursday afternoon to participate in the 4th Edition of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
The Angolan diplomatic minister will remain in Turkey’s fifth most populous tourist city until Sunday, representing the Angolan Head of State, João Lourenço, in response to an invitation made by President Recep Erdogan, according to a press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
At this forum, the note states, Téte António will speak on the panel entitled “Effective mediation: looking to the future in conflict resolution”.
Under the motto “Recovering diplomacy in a fragmented world”, the 4th edition of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, on the Turkish Mediterranean coast, will welcome world leaders, political decision-makers, academics, businesspeople, as well as representatives of the media and civil society.
