Africa-Press – Angola. The proposal for the next Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Commission of the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS), scheduled for the end of May in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, was analysed this Wednesday in Luanda. The topic was highlighted during a meeting that the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Téte António, held with the President of the Commission of the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS), Gilberto da Piedade Veríssimo.
In a press release, the MIREX also highlights that the two diplomats discussed issues related to maritime security in the sub-region, especially in Zone A, which includes Angola, the Republic of Congo, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Burundi, Rwanda and the Central African Republic.
