Africa-Press – Angola. The Angolan government’s actions to improve the health conditions of Angolans over the years was one of the aspects mentioned on Tuesday in Luanda by the President of the Republic, João Lourenço.
The statesman made the statement during his address at the celebrations of 50 years of national independence, which is marked on November 11.
He stated that very special attention has been paid to the health of Angolans, with the creation of high-quality hospital infrastructure capable of providing a wide range of medical assistance through modern equipment and technologies.
Lourenço added that these infrastructures provide a better service to the Angolan people with more qualified staff, stressing the fact that currently more specialists are being trained in schools and universities, as well as in world-renowned institutions in other countries.
