Africa-Press – Angola. The National Institute of Medical Emergencies of Angola (INEMA) registered 70 clinical occurrences after the game in which Angola lost to Argentina, 0-2, in a friendly match played on Friday at the 11 de Novembro Stadium, in Luanda.

According to the institution’s deputy director-general, Vasco Matemba, who was speaking to ANGOP, there are 23 cases of trauma to people who were trampled and those who fell down from a certain height during the entrance to the stadium.

Other 47 cases were found in people who manifested headaches and hypertension.

The doctor said that seven of the registered cases were transferred to the Prenda hospital , General Hospital of Luanda and the Azancot Menezes hospital.

INEMA had 63 professionals on the spot, including doctors, nurses, psychologists and drivers. It had the support of nine advanced life support ambulances.

In the medical field, the match also had coverage from the Provincial Government’s health department, with 62 personnel and five advanced life support ambulances.

The National Police, which worked with more than 500 personnel, had no incidents, according to Chief Superintendent Luís Filipe da Silva, at the end of the match.

Angola and Argentina played for the second time, with the “Albicelestes” also winning the first encounter, 2-0, in 2006, in Italy, in preparation for the World Cup in the same year, in Germany.
